The Nguyen’s Kitchen website at nguyenskitchen.com provides restaurant information, menus, location details, ordering links, and ways to contact our team.
The website is operated by Green Dots Investment, Inc, doing business as Nguyen’s Kitchen (“Nguyen’s Kitchen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms explain the intended use of this website and how its information and request forms relate to restaurant services.
Each Nguyen’s Kitchen restaurant location is operated by a separate corporation. References to the Nguyen’s Kitchen brand do not mean that this website and every restaurant are operated by a single corporation.
These Terms do not replace a separately accepted order, catering arrangement, fundraising arrangement, or employment agreement. Visiting this website or sending an inquiry does not, by itself, create a purchase, booking, donation, employment relationship, or obligation to pay.
2. Menus, prices, hours, and availability
Menu items, ingredients, prices, promotions, hours, and available services may vary by location and ordering channel. Photographs illustrate our food and may show serving suggestions. Please check the selected location and ordering channel for details relevant to your order.
We may update website information and correct mistakes. An update does not, by itself, change the price or other terms of an order already accepted. If there is an error affecting your order, please contact the restaurant or ordering service so it can be addressed.
Nguyen’s Kitchen restaurants do not add mandatory service fees or automatic gratuities to food or catering orders. Separate ordering or delivery platforms may have their own charges.
Review the item prices, taxes, any platform or delivery charges, and optional gratuity shown for your transaction before submitting payment. Required charges must be disclosed as applicable law requires; this page is not a substitute for disclosures on menus, advertisements, or ordering screens and does not authorize undisclosed charges.
3. Online ordering and outside services
Our ordering links may take you to a separate ordering or delivery service. Other links may open mapping services, social networks, or other websites. Those services may have their own terms, privacy notices, account requirements, and support procedures.
Before placing an order, check the restaurant location, pickup or delivery choice, delivery address, requested timing, items, and total. Follow the confirmation process shown by the service you use. A website inquiry or automated acknowledgment from one of our contact forms is not an order confirmation from an ordering platform.
We do not operate every outside service linked from this website. Linking to one does not mean we control all of its content or practices. This distinction does not remove any responsibility that Nguyen’s Kitchen has under applicable law for its own food, services, statements, or conduct.
4. Order changes, cancellations, and problems
For orders placed in person, refund or exchange requests require proof of purchase and a valid reason. Please discuss your request and any applicable restrictions with the store manager.
For orders placed online, changes or refunds must be requested through the ordering app or platform used to place the order. Follow that service’s support process.
When requesting help, provide proof of purchase or the order number, as applicable, and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details through a general contact form or email.
The options available for a requested change, cancellation, replacement, or refund depend on the order’s circumstances, its preparation or delivery status, any terms properly disclosed and accepted for that transaction, and applicable law. For regular, non-catering food orders, this section does not establish an “all sales final” policy, a cancellation fee, a deadline for requesting a refund, or a waiver of consumer rights. Catering orders are addressed in the following section.
5. Catering requests
The catering form starts a conversation with our team. It does not take payment, reserve a date, guarantee delivery, or confirm that an order has been accepted. An acknowledgment that the form was received is not a quote or booking confirmation.
A catering order requires separate confirmation with the restaurant. Full payment is required in advance for catering orders. Confirm payment instructions and the payment deadline directly with the restaurant.
To request a catering cancellation, visit or call the location handling your order and ask to speak with the store manager. Catering orders qualify for a full refund when the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. For cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before that time, contact the store manager to discuss arrangements.
Before committing to an order, confirm the menu, quantities, location, date, timing, pickup or delivery arrangements, total price, any additional charges, and any change or cancellation conditions. Any special conditions must be communicated and agreed to before they apply. These website Terms do not set minimum order sizes or delivery guarantees.
6. Fundraising inquiries
Submitting a fundraising inquiry does not approve an event or guarantee participation, proceeds, a donation, or a particular payment amount. Before announcing an event, obtain confirmation from our team of the participating location, eligible organization, event details, qualifying purchases, how proceeds are calculated, and any applicable restrictions and payment arrangements.
For approved fundraising events, the contribution is 25% of qualifying sales, excluding taxes, fees, and tips.
Customers must show the fundraiser flyer at the time of purchase for that purchase to qualify. Purchases must be made in person at full retail price. Discounts or coupons cannot be combined with a fundraising purchase.
The organization must provide a completed Form W-9 before the fundraiser starts. The form may be emailed to info@nguyenskitchen.com or submitted in person.
Fundraising payments are made within 30 days after the fundraiser ends.
Do not assume that a food purchase or participation in an event is tax-deductible. Any tax treatment depends on the specific arrangement and applicable rules, not on submitting this form.
7. Allergies and dietary needs
Menu descriptions are not complete ingredient lists. Ingredients, recipes, suppliers, substitutions, and preparation practices may differ or change. Shared preparation areas and equipment can create a risk of cross-contact.
If an allergy or dietary restriction affects your order, contact the selected restaurant before ordering to discuss ingredients, preparation, and whether your request can be accommodated. Do not rely solely on an online order note for a serious allergy. This website does not make an allergen-free guarantee.

8. Employment applications and other submissions
An employment application expresses interest in working with Nguyen’s Kitchen. It does not promise an interview, a position, or particular employment terms. Any offer of employment is communicated separately by the appropriate employer.
Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Do not put Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, passwords, bank details, or copies of identity documents in ordinary website inquiries or application messages. Information submitted through the website is addressed in our Privacy Policy.
9. Appropriate website use and brand materials
Do not use the website to impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders or applications, send spam or unlawful threats, upload malicious code, access nonpublic systems without authorization, or deliberately disrupt the website or other visitors’ use of it.
The Nguyen’s Kitchen name, logos, photographs, text, and other original brand materials belong to their respective owners or licensors. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership of those materials. Unless the law permits otherwise, obtain permission before commercially reproducing our original material or using our branding in a way that suggests an affiliation or endorsement.
These provisions do not prohibit honest reviews, lawful criticism, legally protected uses of content, ordinary search-engine indexing, or the use of assistive technology. They do not require you to transfer ownership of a review or pay a penalty for an honest opinion.
10. Privacy, cookie choices, and accessibility
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain our information practices and available choices. The website’s Cookie preferences control lets you review the choices it manages. These Terms do not themselves grant permission for optional advertising, marketing messages, or tracking.

11. Website availability and your rights
Website features may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, or other technical problems. If a form appears not to work, or its submission status is uncertain, use the published contact information for the restaurant rather than assuming an order or request has been accepted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, duties, warranties, or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not require arbitration, waive participation in a class action, cap damages, shorten legal claim periods, or require you to waive claims relating to fraud, injury, or unlawful conduct.
You may contact us about a concern, but these Terms do not make contacting us a prerequisite to exercising a legal right or submitting a complaint to a government agency.
12. Changes to this page
When these Terms change, we will post the revised version and update the effective date. Posting an update does not retroactively change an accepted order or arrangement, and does not create consent where applicable law requires separate notice or agreement.
