What began as an idea in a home kitchen became a fast-casual menu that brings together Vietnamese flavors and familiar comfort food. Baguette sandwiches, garlic noodles, rice bowls, crawfish pasta, fries, wings, and iced drinks all share the same goal: food that feels generous, direct, and satisfying.
Today, five Southern California kitchens serve guests in Orange, Long Beach, South Gate, Santa Ana, and Carson.
